Head/ Business Development Strategist (7+ Years)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Business Development Strategist with 7+ years of experience to lead and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in market research, strategic planning, partnership building, and fostering client relationships. This role demands exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in business development tools, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends. As a key member of the leadership team, the Business Development Strategist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and directly contribute to the company’s success through actionable insights and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and alignment with company goals.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, competitive positioning, and new business opportunities.
    • Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies for new products or services, targeting high-value clients and fostering long-term relationships.
    • Build and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive collaboration.
    • Create impactful proposals, pitch presentations, and contracts to close deals effectively and support business growth.
    • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
    • Track, report, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development and sales performance.
    • Analyze competitors' strategies and conduct SWOT analyses to identify growth opportunities and ensure a competitive edge.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the business.
    • Manage business development budgets, ensure cost-effectiveness, high ROI, and alignment with overall business goals.
    • Optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring smooth client acquisition and conversion processes.
    • Drive client engagement and satisfaction by improving service offerings based on client feedback and market gaps.
    • Oversee CRM systems for efficient client relationship management, retention strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and aligning team efforts with strategic objectives.
    • Collaborate with the finance and marketing teams to prepare forecasts, budgets, digital marketing initiatives, and lead-generation strategies.
